All images on this site is copyrighted by Chris Xavier Westelindh unless otherwise stated. That includes all content graphics and credited elements of the layout.

The dont's

Artwork MAY NOT be used for profit use as logos or redistributed or sold in any fashion without the consent of the artist. Doing so is theft and is punishable by law. If you wish to use a piece of artwork from the site for any reason, remember you must always contact Chris Xavier.

Permitted

 

The do's

Artwork MAY be downloaded, printed, or saved for personal use as wallpapers or avatars. Artwork may also be used on your personal homepage as long as the URL-address is sent to Chris Xavier and there's a written credit and a link on each page where an image is used. Failure to comply with these rules will not be tolerated and could result in legal actions being taken.
